The latest Ekings News today revealed that although many of the world’s top golfers have distanced themselves from the Saudi-backed LIV Golf Invitational Series. Greg Norman, former golfer Said the temptation from the many bounty packages on offer was too hard to resist.

The series has revealed details of eight new tournaments in March. It promises a total prize pool of at least $250 million.  The PGA Tour in the United States informed that member golfers will be banned if participating. That has led a number of top players, including Tiger Woods, Jordan Spieth, and Justin Thomas, to show their allegiance to the PGA Tour, same as Rory McIlroy. The definition describes this broken league as “Death before it was formed”

The Money is Splitting the Tour

However, Greg Norman told The Telegraph that the series could be run with or without top golfers in attendance. While LIV Golf announced that the “LIV Golf Invitational would demonstrate an innovative new style of golf. Featuring individuals and teams competing for over $250,000,000 in prize money. The series will unveil seven seasonal events that will crown individual champions. and culminating in a team championship with a $50,000,000 prize pool.”

The LIV Invitational Series will premiere at the Centurion Club near London a week before the US Open in June.
