The 22-year-old Brazilian scored 21 goals for the Portuguese champions last season. He is clearly on Erik ten Hag’s wish list as he rebuilds his legacy at Old Trafford.

A Portuguese newspaper reports that Porto has turned down one offer, but United are determined to return with a new offer. They added that Porto had priced the player at nearly £70m, a price that is clearly feared by Premier League clubs. Clubs such as Wolverhampton Wanderers and Brighton, who are also following Evanilson. with an interest in buying him.
