Napoli ask £85.5 million for Osimhen

Ekings News reports that Manchester United are looking to strengthen their attacking line ahead of Erik ten Hag’s first season, with Manchester United. They will apparently have to pay £85.5 million to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen this summer. Manchester United is expected to complement their attacking options in the transfer market. Edison Cavani will leave when his contract expires on June 30, while Cristiano Ronaldo’s future remains uncertain.

Ronaldo has one year left to sign a new contract with Manchester United, but he could find a new team after the team failed to qualify for next season’s Champions League. He will stay, but Manchester United must start planning for a new striker because Ronaldo is already old

Osimhen impresses the club. With his performances at Napoli this season, the Nigeria international has scored 17 goals in 30 appearances across all competitions, while Luciano Spalletti’s side is set to finish. Top three in Serie A, but Napoli have warned those interested in the striker. The group is thought to include Newcastle, with the 23-year-old not being as cheap as he thought.

According to Serie A news agency Mercato, Napoli stands firm in their £85.5m asking price for Osimhen. They know the Nigerian striker will one day leave the team soon. They see no reason to sell him for such a low price, with Osimhen still having three years at Napoli. Erik ten Hag wants to spend ahead of his debut season at Manchester United, but it remains to be seen whether he is willing to pay a large fee for the player. That high valuation at Napoli could cause Manchester United to turn their attention to other targets instead.

Boxing News: Zurdo Ramirez takes on Dominic Boesel on Saturday

Boxing News Zurdo Ramirez takes on Dominic Boesel on Saturday

Mexican light heavyweight and former world super middleweight champion Gilberto Ramírez (Zurdo) of Mazatlán, Mexico, looks set to make his statement this weekend. As he faces former WBA interim light heavyweight world champion Dominic Boesel of Freyburg, Germany. This Saturday night live on DAZN from the Toyota Arena in Ontario, California.

“I feel good; I’m also ready for this fight this coming Saturday night. Don’t miss it, it will be a good fight and the fans will be the winners too,” said Zurdo Ramirez. Expect me to come out with a win and be on track for the world title.”

Ramirez held his preparations in North Hollywood, California. “The preparations are complete, solid. Now it’s just about making weights, but I’m ready,” Ramirez at his training camp. In his final bout, Ramirez stopped the all-powerful Yuniesky Gonzalez in eleven rounds at the AT&T Center in San Antonio. Now Ramirez is also fighting former interim world champion, Boesel, as this will be the German’s first fight in the United States. Boesel has also had most of his bouts in Germany as he came back from a split decision win over Robin Krasniqi, avenging the knockout loss that saw him relinquish his provisional WBA title.

Ramirez doesn’t underestimate Boesel

“He is a strong fighter. We are also fighting for the title of eliminator. I also know he comes well prepared and comes with everything,” Ramirez said of his opponent Boesel. With Canelo losing to WBA light heavyweight champion Dmitry Bivol last weekend in Las Vegas. The winner of this fight is also Bivol’s obligation. Zurdo talks about Canelo’s loss to Bivol. Zurdo gave his opinion on the defeat of his compatriot.

“It’s sad for Mexico. It’s boxing, and it happens. Bivol looks far superior. He is the bigger fighter, and it shows,” said Ramirez. “I wanted Canelo to win the fight. It wasn’t night. In the rematch, the result will be the same. Bivol is far superior.” Ramirez has called up WBA light heavyweight champion Bivol for some time. Last summer, he made it public following his stoppage of Sullivan Barrera at the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles.

“Mexico not only wants that fight, but everyone wants to see this fight,” said Ramirez. The light heavyweight division is exciting and growing, with a Bivol win, Saturday night bout and next month’s unification bout between WBO champion Joe Smith Jr. and WBC/IBF champion Artur Beterbiev. There are many interesting possibilities for Zurdo if he comes out victorious.

“Beterbiev is out there too. He is a strong fighter. You have him and Joe Smith fighting. It was a great fight, but I think Beterbiev won,” predicted Ramirez. “I’m definitely the best 175-pound fighter. This fight will be done,” Zurdo added. El Zurdo knows the potential for a fight with one of the light heavyweight champions, but the focus remains on Boesel as the fight is scheduled as a WBA title qualifier. With the victory, Zurdo became a mandatory Bivol contender.
